ATL Project Launch connects motivated Atlanta students to the business community through assessments, speakers, company tours, mentorship, a business plan competition, and internships, so that ability and work ethic are met with the access they deserve.
No outcome is guaranteed. The program provides access and preparation. What a student does with it is their responsibility, and we say so plainly from day one.
The program does not manufacture motivation. It rewards the drive a student already has. Those looking for something handed to them will self-select out, and that is by design.
Small cohorts, interest-aligned matches, and depth over scale. That is how this succeeds where broad, event-driven programs have not.
These students are not looking for a pep talk. They are looking for a concrete bridge to something real, so every part of the program has a visible result.
Students earn their place through an application, recommendation letters, and an interview, and keep it through their engagement all year. That protects partners' time and builds real accountability.
We open doors for young people who have earned it. A single open door can change one life and create a ripple effect that benefits us all for generations to come.
