Correct. The program is privately funded. There is no cost to participating students or to the companies that get involved.
As little as you want. It can be a single office visit, a short series of mentoring meetings, or a two-week summer internship. Every commitment is defined and limited, so you always know what you are agreeing to.
Yes. By the time a student meets a mentor or visits a company, they have completed a professional assessment, built foundational skills, and demonstrated follow-through. A coordinator briefs both sides in advance.
A coordinator manages every stage, preparing students, briefing partners, making matches, and following up.
Students opt in and earn their place through initiative, completing each stage before advancing to the next. Self-motivation is the entry requirement.
No, and we are deliberate about that. The program opens doors and prepares students to walk through them. We never promise an outcome we cannot guarantee, because honest framing protects everyone's trust.
The program launches in the 2026-2027 school year, with the first summer internships, placements, and student entrepreneurship pitch competition in summer 2027.
Organizations in or near Atlanta with an in-person team and an operation a student can see and learn from, across fields such as healthcare, technology, law, finance, logistics, media, consulting, and more.
